Exhibition Information

Exhibiting provides the opportunity to showcase your products and services to an audience from the science, measurement, conservation and cultural heritage communities.

Particular attention is devoted to innovative aspects, including new technological developments, experimental set-ups, degradation mechanisms, in situ experiments and mobile instrumentation, non-invasive analysis, imaging techniques, environmental issues, monitoring systems, preservation of art and archaeological objects.

The conference is open to chemists, physicists, geologists, art historians, restorers, archaeologists, museum managers etc. They come from R&D centers, national agencies and academic institutes.

During the congress you can build up an intense personal contact with the participants who are extremely interested in informing themselves of new technologies and practical systems at the conference and exhibition.

Rental Rate:
6 m2 – space only (3m x 2m). Including table, 2 chairs and electrical outlet $1,500 + VAT

Exhibitors can buy full-conference registrations for the reduced fee of $300.
This will enable you to mix and build relationships with participants of interest, as well as keeping up-to-date on technologies of interest to your company.

Terms of Payment:

The balance is due with confirmation of space assignment and receipt of invoice, payable no later than 30 days before the opening of the exhibition. After this date a 25% late charge will be added.
